During busy periods changeover day is Sunday; however, this can be negotiated during low season.
Weekend or Midweek Rental
Weekend or midweek rental is possible during low season; however, we do ask that you stay for a minimum of 3 nights. The cost is pro rata plus a £60.00 service charge.

Towels
We supply hand and tea towels. We do not provide bath or beach towels

Smoking
This is a non-smoking house, but you are welcome to smoke outside.
Travel
Car
M5 or A303 to Exeter, then the A30 to Okehampton. Go past Okehampton on the bypass and take the A3029 / A3072 signposted all the way to Bude via Holsworthy. About 1 hour from Exeter to Bude.
